Situational throws (the throw-by-throw data)
The database knows every individual ball touch, so you can ask about hyper-specific scenarios. "Court position" comes from where the opponent's previous throw put the player: outside (placed O/two-wall/three-wall), middle (split/middle), inside (inside balls).
- How many two-walls did Inaki throw against Zulaika and Amigorena from the outside of the court — and what was his kill rate on them?
- Top 10 players by % of throws not returned when throwing a forehand from the outside.
- How does Goenaga's kill rate change when he attempts shots from the middle vs the outside?
- Who is most dangerous throwing off the rebote (back wall) — minimum 50 such throws?
